  • Do I need a reservation?

    Yes, a reservation is required for boarding at our facility. Please call us at (714) 537-4500 to reserve your pet's stay. 

    If you are planning to board your pet during a holiday, we recommend reserving your spot in advance. 

  • Do you board pet's together?

    Pets that are of the same species and come from the same family can be boarded together per owner's request. Otherwise, all pets are boarded separately. 

  • Are there any requirements for my pet to board?

    Yes, please see our "Boarding Requirements" page for more details. We require proof of vaccination prior to your pet's stay. 

  • Can I bring my pet's food from home?

    Yes! Our canine and feline chefs are happy to prepare every dish with care to make sure our guests enjoy the best dining experience possible. 


    There is an additional fee to prepare and serve your pets personalized meals from home.

  • What if my pet is on medications?

    Not a problem! We are happy to administer your pet’s over-the-counter medications, vitamin supplements or prescribed medications. 


    Please provide all medications in the original container with a visible label and instructions.


    All prescribed medications will be administered per label instructions only. 

    Over-the-counter medications or vitamin supplements will be administered as requested. There is an additional daily fee to administer your pet's medications.


    We do not administer insulin; therefore, all diabetic guests will need to stay at our hospital next door. Please contact Community Veterinary Hospital at (714) 537-5390.


  • Is there a veterinarian on staff?

    Yes! We are located in the same lot as our veterinary clinic, Community Veterinary Hospital. If any of our guests have a medical problem during their stay, they are promptly seen by one of our veterinarians. 

  • Are dogs and cats boarded separately?

    Yes, our cats and dogs are boarded separately from each other in order to minimize stress during your pet's stay. 

  • Will my pets interact with other animals during their stay?

    Do to the concern for spreading of infectious diseases and if animals do not get along, we do not allow our pet guests to interact during their stay. However, your pet will receive a lot of attention and enrichment from our staff members during their time with us!
